This waistcoat corset was inspired by the wonderful book The Starless Sea, by Erin Morgenstern. The corset is paneled in black wool suiting and teal brocade, with boning channels of teal silk. Embroidery of owl wings, cherry blossom branches, keys and a sword shimmer in several shades of metallic gold thread, interspersed with brass bees.
